Which translates to 21.6 pounds (give or take)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m incredibly happy with this and I have just joined the gym so I will probably not lose a lot more, as it will just be kind of toning what i&amp;#8217;m at now.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m pretty much at the goal I set myself when I first started trying to lose weight about a year ago&lt;br/&gt;and when I was actually focused and trying it took me just under 2 months. &lt;p&gt;But I have lost 18.5 pounds. I&amp;#8217;m incredibly happy about this and hopefully it can only continue, because not only am I noticing the loss, but I feel better too.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It makes me feel stupid for not doing this earlier as it turns out be so easy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After that I headed to the gym and did about 2 hours work. Showed me how unfit I am as I was fucked after it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After the gym I met 2 of my friends and we went for a swim, more productive than normal because we actually did some lengths and stuff rather than just sitting in the sauna, although we did that too.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Afterwords I turned down not one, but two take-aways, and I&amp;#8217;m proud of that fact.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There was a time not too long ago &lt;strike&gt;a nigga like myself had to strong arm a hoe&lt;/strike&gt; where I would have had both without even thinking about it, so its a sign of progress I hope.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No one got back to me on whether or not you&amp;#8217;d like to hear my starting weight, but I decided I&amp;#8217;d tell yous anyway.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;13 stone 5 pounds.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am now at 12 stone 11.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My deadline is July 12th, I hope to be under 12 stone, but I&amp;#8217;m over the moon with my weight loss so far. What I find amazing is the fact that it isn&amp;#8217;t even difficult really, once you cut out all the real shit its easy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For example, my main vice was always crisps (outside of take aways of course) and I can honestly say I&amp;#8217;ve had maybe 3 packets of crisps in the past month, and the thing is, you don&amp;#8217;t even think about it really.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I honestly hope people are getting something out of this, because it is just a place for me to vent what I&amp;#8217;ve done, and partly to gloat (I&amp;#8217;m not ashamed, everyone needs a pat on the back sometimes) and maybe if I&amp;#8217;m successful to look back on if I ever get tempted, just to have to look at all the shit I&amp;#8217;ve went through.&lt;/p&gt;

I plan on going 3-4 times a week but it&amp;#8217;ll vary depending on uni work and work work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today, I have work so I didn&amp;#8217;t have time to go to the gym before it, but depending on what time its open till I might go straight after work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In case I don&amp;#8217;t go though I&amp;#8217;ve done some exercise in the house:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sit-ups = 100&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Planks = 3x40 seconds hold.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sprints (up and down the stairs) = 20&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and that&amp;#8217;s all I had time for.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In terms of food, I&amp;#8217;ve eaten some noodles and one packet of crisps.&lt;/p&gt;

The truth is I&amp;#8217;ve had nothing to say.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My attempts to join the gym keep failing as something always gets in the way be it uni work or work work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But tonight will be the change, I was playing a game of 5s tonight for the first time in ages, and that&amp;#8217;s been organized so that it is a weekly thing now, so its something to build on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I plan on joining the gym this week, it will happen and it needs to happen really.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Outwith that I&amp;#8217;ve still been doing my daily exercises, planks and sit ups etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But my diet fell away a little bit and I&amp;#8217;ve been a little over indulgent this week. Its better it happened now I guess, rather than later on through the diet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I hope you all stick around (all three of you ((not that I&amp;#8217;m ungrateful, I&amp;#8217;m very grateful you guys are even here reading this)) so I can hopefully get things back on track and start to fix it all.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Btw out of curiosity, would you guys wanna know my starting weight, I&amp;#8217;ve been debating whether or not to put it up. So I&amp;#8217;ll leave it up to yous.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So I get to the gym and realise I have no cash with me, but I think its all good they&amp;#8217;ll have a card machine. I go through all the shit I have to do to renew then when it comes to payment I ask for their card machine. Its broken.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So now I have to go down there tomorrow with money this time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In other news, this morning I had corn flakes, then went to work. At my break I had a cup of water and a packet of walkers lights.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m having some wholewheat toast and salmon just now.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tonight I&amp;#8217;ll be having Spaghetti Bolognese.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow we try the gym again. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve been living on a shit diet for the past 3 years and now my body has got to a point where it is affecting my mood and making me unhappy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My diet mainly consisted of about 4-5 take-aways a week and little to no exercise. You can understand that this kind of diet for around 3 years hasn&amp;#8217;t had a good affect on me and my life.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So for the past month I have been changing my diet and trying to fix that before I went into any heavy exercise plan. My reason for this was, what would be the point in exercising frequently if I still had a shit diet that was causing the weight loss to slow.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m mainly making this blog to make myself accountable to this weight loss program i&amp;#8217;m gonna try&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m gonna try and document it daily and let you all know what I&amp;#8217;m doing that day, maybe even say what I have eaten that day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Its mainly for myself, but if it helps anyone else maybe find their way into a diet plan then I&amp;#8217;m doing something right.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also it coincides with lent, not that I&amp;#8217;m particularly religious, but its as good a starting point as any.&lt;/p&gt;
